Linda Murray is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She relocated from Long Island, NY after retiring from her career in graduate medical education.
Linda’s passion for health and fitness lead her to receive her personal trainer certification in 2015. She is certified through the Academy of Applied Personal Training Education (AAPTE) and has certifications in ballet barre and SilverSneakers.
Linda’s approach to fitness is designed to increase strength, range of motion and maintain balance to handle activities of daily living, especially for the older adult community.
