I finally found the place I was looking for for myself and my family. physiotherapy, bodybuilding, nutritional monitoring. The entire team is always willing to answer our questions, we are welcomed like family by such a professional team. Dr. David is always available and responsive to our needs. Best gym in Little River area, hands down. Tons of machines, old school metal plates that really make you work for each extra rep, and the consideration of the staff is unmatched.

Free weight section is in it’s own room and mirrored wall to wall. Excellent layout.

I’m here for a week and the $25 week pass was more than worth it, after just one day. I highly recommend this gym if you’re staying in the area, or living in the area.

My husband and I were on vacation visiting family when we found this gym. We were very happy to see the quality of the machines and weights. You can tell the owner knows his stuff. We had the chance to meet him while working out. We loved the set up of the gym. Very clean. They did offer other services there like stretching and massage. We plan to make this our go to gym when in town.

In North Mrtyle for a week on Spring break, hands down coolest gym I’ve ever been to. Fantastic Machines and all metal plates. The lady at the front desk is super nice and the owner was happy to give out advice.

I was in town for 2 weeks and found this gem of a gym. I was given a 2 week pass for a very modest price and the staff greeted me with a warm welcome upon every visit. The gym has plenty of free weights, smith machines, hammer strength machines, cardio equipment , and a turf section for functional fitness training. This no frills gym has what you need as a visitor or a full time member!!
