Dr. David L. Haught is a personal trainer and doctor of physical therapy that founded The Fitness Zone as part of his Physical Therapy Practice “The Human Performance and Wellness Center” in 2007.

As a result of being a body building enthusiast and Body Building World Champion, Dr. Haught found it natural to combine his passions in sports and medicine creating a highly unique business model where he offers the community a specialized Physical Therapy practice fused with a fitness Club.

The two worlds that naturally combined leading to the phrase: “Exercise Is Medicine” which, is what Dr. David’s practice and Fitness Club teaches.

The collective goal of the Fitness Zone’s personal trainers is to provide its members with a safe, clean and healthy facility to exercise and feel inspired to reach each individual’s goal.

Dr. David is pioneering a new concept in youth athletic training named “Alpha Athletics” that  is meant for, but not limited to, all athletes that want to “up” their game and increase their physical and mental athletic skills.

Alpha Athletics is not only physical training but a mindset that teaches life coaching & discipline to achieve the individual goals of each athlete.

Dr. David trains people of all ages which include children, teens, young adults, adults and seniors. Whether it be through his physical therapy practice or through the fitness club, Dr. David will always have your personal wellbeing in mind and will set goals that are tailored to your personal needs.
